Is it just me, or has ‘doing things intentionally’ been thrown around a little too loosely lately? Dress intentionally. Speak intentionally. Live intentionally. But intention only gets you so far. What is remembered is the outcome. For three decades, Ralph Lauren’s Pink Pony has put its money where its intentions are, turning a commitment to cancer care into something you can actually see, support and, more importantly, wear.
Since its launch, Ralph Lauren’s Pink Pony initiative has supported the fight against cancer, funding everything from research and early detection to treatment, education and patient care. This year, the campaign returns with ‘The Power of Us’, putting the spotlight on the communities, support systems and collective action that can make a difference throughout the cancer journey.
The 2026 Pink Pony Collection takes some of Ralph Lauren’s familiar signatures and gives them a pink-and-black makeover, with the classic Twill Ball Cap, Oxford Shirt and Relaxed Fit Cable-Knit Sweater making up the core collection, alongside a wider selection of Ralph Lauren staples.
The initiative has grown well beyond the logo on a shirt. Today, Pink Pony supports 38 beneficiaries across 17 countries, helping make cancer care more accessible. And this is where the outcome matters: Ralph Lauren will donate 100% of the purchase price from each of those three core Pink Pony pieces to an international network of cancer charities, while at least 25% from all other products in the collection will also be donated.
In Malaysia, that support goes to the National Cancer Society of Malaysia, helping raise awareness and improve cancer support locally. The commitment extends across Asia too, with Ralph Lauren continuing to back cancer care initiatives around the region, including its first cancer centre in Asia, set to open in South Korea in 2028.

Through it all, fashion remains at the heart of the programme. This year’s campaign brings together seven cancer survivors and advocates, whose stories underline the importance of early detection and the communities that help people through it. Dressed in the familiar Ralph Lauren prep we all know and love, the cast makes a convincing case for the collection too, proving these are pieces that can easily find a place in any wardrobe.
If we’re going to dress with intention anyway, we might as well make the outfit count for something.
