The wizarding world of Hogwarts awaits as Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban takes to the stage at the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra Hall. An orchestra of talented musicians performs John Williams’ iconic score live in concert, alongside a full screening of the third film in the beloved series. Potterheads alike are in for a spellbinding mix of cinema and symphony, with each note driving the movie’s darker direction. Indian TV actor, YouTuber, and social media influencer Abishek Kumar touches down in Kuala Lumpur (KL) with a stand-up routine that runs as fast as his mind. Kumar is bringing his new solo special, Abishek Wants to Enjoy Life!, onstage at Menara Ken TTDI. Malaysian pickleball fans will be glad to know that the JOOLA Titan Tour 2026 is currently touring, making its latest stop right here in KL. The event features athletes, such as Andre Agassi and Ben Johns, in a crossover spectacle of exhibition sport and entertainment. The format focuses on showcase matches and team-based competition, displaying a variety of strategies in a fast-paced arena. Beyond the matches, fan-focused activations shape a high-energy sporting environment that elevates pickleball into a live-event experience.
Taeyong, frontman of the South Korean boy band NCT, is back in KL with TY TRACK - Remastered. Returning to Malaysia after nine years, the concert serves as the final stop of his solo tour, featuring tracks such as SHALALA, TAP, and Love Theory. The performance reconfigures past releases by updating the staging and adding new musical arrangements, with a focus on rap, vocals, and choreography.
Get excited, BOICE fandom. The South Korean pop-rock group CNBLUE brings their world tour, 3LOGY, to Mega Star Arena in KL. The trio, Jung Yong-hwa, Lee Jung-shin, and Kang Min-hyuk, returns as part of their global comeback with a live-band setup. This is the K-pop band’s first time back in Malaysia since 2024, with Intuition, I’m Sorry, and Can’t Stop still holding ground alongside the 3LOGY era.
KL Jazz In The Park takes over Perdana Botanical Gardens, replacing the city’s usual hustle and bustle with a slow-moving soundscape of live jazz. This free-entry event welcomes all to an open-air environment, designed for leisurely listening with KL’s skyline as the backdrop. Performances by Traditopia, Akasha, and Attap Band each offer their own version of jazz—from traditional phrasing to modern interpretations. Food stalls and coffee vendors are also within the grounds, keeping the atmosphere relaxed as music drifts through the park.
A burst of sound and movement takes over Bukit Jalil National Stadium as The Music Run transforms a 5 km route into a music-driven experience. As participants run, walk, or dance their way through the course, there’s a continuous journey powered by music every step of the way. The event features a Music Village stage with live entertainment from local and international artists, including Dato' Sri Siti Nurhaliza, Talitha, DJ Sam Withers, and more.
South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper, and producer WOODZ, or Cho Seung-youn, brings his world tour to KL as part of an international run around Asia. Before launching his solo career, WOODZ was also known for his work in K-pop groups, including UNIQ and X1. The MOODZ are in absolute chaos as he performs Drowning alongside a selection of tracks from his brand-new album Archive. 1, such as NA NA NA and Human Extinction.
From 28 April to 3 May, bar counters across the city will transform into connected destinations as Kuala Lumpur Cocktail Week returns. The programme unites bars through guest shifts, pairing dinners, takeovers, and collaborations. Extending across KL and Petaling Jaya, international and local bartenders take centre stage at various venues in Bangsar, Chinatown, KLCC, and neighbouring districts. There’s also a Festival Village at Sentul Depot.
The OORers will move as one as ONE OK ROCK’s tour begins its Asian run across Bangkok, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei, and Jakarta. It arrives at Axiata Arena in KL, with a concert built around the group’s DETOX era. The Japanese rock band traverses between high-octane anthems and more stripped-back emotional moments. Across the setlist, newer tracks sit alongside established staples such as The Beginning and Wherever You Are.
