Since 1946 Cannes Film festival has been the place to be seen, with everyone from King Charles and Robert Redford to Austin Butler and Timothée Chalamet using La Croisette promenade to promote themselves (and their films) and, more importantly for us, flex their style.While guests are expected to adhere to the famously strict dress code (mandatory black tie jackets and ties for men on the red carpet), some just don't, and Cannes has become a battle zone for celebrities to battle it out in their respective outfits.

These days the clothes, arguably, steal the limelight away from the big films, which is actually, in case you forgot, why everyone is there in the first place. The 2026 festival has been no different, with the likes of Stellan Skarsgard, Rami Malek and Alton Mason pulling out the stops. Below are the best-dressed men at Cannes Film Festival so far...

1. Arthur Conti

When in doubt: all black Celine.

2. Alton Mason

Supermodel Alton Mason is a Cannes regular, and this year he's been showing off his gym-honed torso.

3. Stellan Skarsgard

Skarsgard turned up on day one and showed everyone how it's done.

4. Lucas Bravo

Emily (In Paris) might be the fashion nut, but her co-star Lucas Bravo is giving her a run for her money.

5. Rami Malek

Malek channeled old school Gallic nonchalance for his touchdown at Nice Airport.

6. Carlos Sainz Jr

This Formula One guy isn't just about fast cars, pit stops and boiler suits. He's also invested in a great tuxedo.

7. Charles Leclerc

While Sainz' colleague Charles Leclerc made a case for tuxedo sunnies (by Jacques Marie Mage).

8. He Yan Chao and He Chang Xi
